Union of Local Authorities of the Philippines (ULAP) and League of Cities of the Philippines (LCP) President Mandaluyong City Mayor Benhur Abalos leads in the inaugural blessing of the multi-purpose hall and covered court (inset photo) in Block 37 Panatag Compound, Barangay Addition Hills. The event is one of the highlights of weeklong activities lined-up for the 65th Liberation and 16th Cityhood Anniversary of Mandaluyong on February 9. A number of covered court, multi-purpose hall and renovation of day care center were also inaugurated in the different part of the city’s 27 barangays. Also in photo are Vice Mayor Rene Sta.
