The City of Mandaluyong invites interested contractors classified and accredited by the Philippine Contractors and Accreditation Board to prequalify and bid for the projects in this City listed as follows:
NOTE:
The prequalification documents are available for issuance upon submission of Letter of Intent together with the Certified True Copies of the Contractor’s license and accreditation for validation.
The PBAC shall post the list of prequalified contractor-applicants on specified dates at the PBAC Secretariat Bulletin Board and on this website.
Interested prequalified contractors may avail of the complete set of bid/tender documents from our Technical Committee.
Dates for the issuance of bid/tender documents to prequalified contractors, submission of bids and opening of bid to PBAC Secretariat are to be specified at the PBAC Secretariat Bulletin Board and on this website.
The Government reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any defect contained therein, and accept the offer most advantageous to the Government.
