INVITATION TO BID

The City of Mandaluyong, invites interested contractors classified and accredited by THE PHILIPPINE CONTRACTORS AND ACCREDITATION BOARD to prequalify and bid for the projects in this City listed as follows:

The prequalification documents are available for issuance upon submission of Letter of Intent together with the Certified True Copies of the Contractor’s for validation starting February 4 to 15, 2002. Deadline of submission of prequalification documents is on February 22, 2002.

The PBAC shall post the list of prequalified contractor-applicants on February 28, 2002 at the PBAC Secretariat Bulletin Board.

Interested prequalified contractors may avail the complete set of bid/tender documents from our Technical Committee.

Dates for the issuance of bid/tender documents to prequalified contractors, submission of bids and opening of bid to PBAC Secretariat are as follows:

1. Issuance of Bid - Tender Documents
March 1-8, 2002

2. Submission of Bids - For School Board
8:00 am – 10:00 am
March 22, 2002

3. Opening Bids - For School Board
11:00 am
March 22, 2002

For Regular Infrastracture
2:00 pm
March 22, 2002

The Government reserves the right to reject any of all bids waive any defect contained therein, and accept the offer most advantageous to the Government.
